Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. Subscriber hereby swears and affirms under oath, warrants and represents that he/she is at least eighteen (18) years of age (21 in some jurisdictions) and has the legal capacity to enter into agreements of this nature. PNW Porn makes no representation or warranty that the content published on this site complies with the local laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for knowing and understanding your local laws concerning standards of content legality for purposes of obscenity laws. 2. As a member you are responsible for paying periodic membership fees in accordance with the current fee plans as of the date of subscribing. Until such time as this Agreement is terminated in accordance with its provisions, Subscriber agrees to pay his/her/its subscription fee by credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism), and hereby authorizes our billing company (PayPal/WooCommerce) to charge Subscriber’s credit card (or other approved facility or mechanism) for the ongoing subscription fee, and for any and all purchases or products and/or services purchased by Subscriber from the Service.
3. Subscriber’s subscription to the service will be automatically renewed as stated below upon expiration of the initial term, unless PNW Porn is notified. Monthly memberships renew at the monthly rate if the subscriber has not cancelled 24 hours prior to expiration. Membership can be cancelled at any time via email or via the customer support links on the support pages.
4. User names and passwords must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate termination of service.
5. The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.
6. Members will be limited to 20 GB a day of downloaded content (unless content is larger than size limit: 4K HD Media)(in that situation user download limit will be 100GB). All downloads come with 1 download and 4-5 days to download that content. No refunds unless server access or fault with PNW Porn is determined.
7. Members caught sharing files (movies, pictures, etc.) with others, will be immediately canceled. Absolutely no refund will be given for the unused portion of your membership.
8. Usage of a proxy or VPN to access our network is strictly prohibited.
9. The Service enables Subscribers to share information with other Subscribers. Subscribers agree not to submit, publish, or display on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, threatening, racially offensive, or illegal material. Transmission of such material that violates any federal, state, or local law, is prohibited and is a breach of this Agreement.
10. Subscribers agree not to engage in advertising to, or solicitation of other Subscribers to buy or sell any products or services through the Service without prior written consent. Subscribers are responsible for information they send, or display through the Service even if a claim should arise after termination of service.
11. No warranty is made by us regarding any information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the Service, and we hereby expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including without limitation:
12. Limited Trial memberships are limited to the viewing of picture sets of website scenes. If a limited trial member would like to upgrade, they can do so via our one click upgrade method, or wait 24 hours until the trial automatically converts to a full monthly membership plan.  Streaming videos and downloadable videos are only available for subscribers of monthly membership plans. Trial memberships will be automatically upgraded to a full membership after 24 hours unless the account is cancelled.
13. Behind the Scenes and 4K videos are only included in select subscription price plans.
14. By enrolling for membership to our Site, you become a Subscriber and agree to be bound by this Agreement This agreement is subject to change by us at any time, and changes are effective upon notice to each Subscriber.

Subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless PNW Porn , their officers, directors, managers, members, agents and employees from any against any claims, losses, liabilities or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Subscriber’s breach of any term, condition or promise contained herein. Should any such claim for indemnification arise, or should any action be brought by Subscriber or PNW Porn relating to any services or products offered by or through the Service, Subscriber agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of the US.

This Agreement sets forth the full and complete understanding between Subscriber and PNW Porn with respect to its subject matter, and supersedes all prior understanding or agreements, whether written or verbal. This Agreement may be modified upon notice by PNW Porn to its Subscribers. Unless contrary to law or otherwise stated, each provision of this Agreement shall survive termination. This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the UK for contracts entered into and wholly performed within that state. The prevailing party in any suit to enforce the terms hereof shall be entitled to recover his/her/its reasonable attorneys’ fees.
18. Being that upon joining you will receive an obligatory confirmation email, you therefore are opting in to our mail list. Mails consist of Join emails, Cancel emails, Support Emails, and discount emails usually sent out once periodically. We reserve the right to email present and past members. You will not receive any “spam” from us, only what is mentioned above. Your email will not be sold and your private information will be protected. As always, in accordance with the Can Spam Act, you can opt out at anytime simply by emailing us ahead of time, or by clicking the link in the email you receive. This, however, only applies to periodical emails. Support emails, Cancel emails and Join emails are crucial to how your account functions and contains no sexually explicit material aside from important login or cancelation details, or a members entry link, and not limited to, on occasion, a discount link that leads to the sites tour after you have cancelled.

Terms and Conditions for Advertisers & Advertisements

1. Acceptable Use Policy

   4. contains, promotes, advertises or refers to hate speech (being Content intended to vilify, humiliate, dehumanize, exclude, attack, threaten, or incite hatred, fear of, or violence against, a group or individual based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, serious disease, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic);
   5. contains or refers to anyone else’s personal data or private or confidential information (for example, telephone numbers, location information (including street addresses and GPS coordinates), names, identity documents, email addresses, log-in credentials for OnlyFans including passwords and security questions, financial information including bank account and credit card details, biometric data, and medical records) without that person’s express written consent;

   6. either:

      1. in the case of Content featuring public nudity, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a country, State or province where public nudity is illegal; or
      2. in the case of Content featuring sexual activities, was recorded in or is being broadcast from a public place where members of the public are reasonably likely to see the activities being performed (this does not include outdoor places where members of the public are not present, for example private property such as a private backyard, or secluded areas in nature where members of the public are not present).

10. Do not do anything that violates our or someone else’s rights, including intellectual property rights (examples of which are copyright, trademarks, confidential information, and goodwill), personality rights, unfair competition, privacy, and data protection rights.
11. Do not impersonate us, one of our employees, another User, or any other person or company or falsely state or suggest any affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship between you and us or any other person or company.
12. Do not provide false account registration information or make unauthorized use of anyone else’s information or Content.
13. Do not post or cause to be posted any Content which is spam, which has the intention or effect of artificially increasing any Creator’s views or interactions, or which is otherwise inauthentic, repetitive, misleading or low quality.
14. Do not transmit, stream, or otherwise send any pre-recorded audio or video material during a live stream or otherwise attempt to pass off recorded material as a live stream.
15. Do not use other media or methods (for example the use of codewords or signals) to communicate anything which violates this Policy.
16. Do not reproduce, print, distribute, attempt to download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any Content, except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
17. Do not knowingly introduce any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material into Content which is or may be malicious or technologically harmful.
18. Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to discover or derive the source code of PNW Porn.
19. Do not use PNW Porn in a way that could adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with any other User’s use of PNW Porn, including their ability to engage in real-time activities through PNW Porn.
20. Do not use any automated program, tool or process (such as web crawlers, robots, bots, spiders, and automated scripts) to access PNW Porn or any server, network or system associated with PNW Porn, or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest or gather Content or information from PNW Porn.
21. Do not use PNW Porn name, logo or any related or similar names, logos, product and service names, designs, or slogans other than in the limited ways which are expressly permitted in the Terms of Service or with our prior written agreement.

Breaches of this Policy may lead to your account being suspended or terminated, and access to your earnings being revoked, as set out in the Terms of Service.
